Any Nitric Oxide product'll aide too...
Creatine use:
depends on your body type.. i wouldn't advise you try it on the day of the contest not knowing how your body'd react.

have you tried the AA named Arginine? it made me more vascular. I bought a liquid one from my suppliment store here in town. Worked good for me. Some other competitors use gylcerine. Niacin is also good I have a good thread on that one in the competitve BB'forum step by step.

Arginine works great as it increases the Nitric Oxide production and NO is responsible for increased vascular size and blood flow, some of the heart attack medications are based on NO...XXL
