Prep H

This is my first post, so I am glad to be here!

I had a question on prep. H in pre contest. I plan on using the Prep H for the phynylephrine. If I also use a moistureizer or tanning accelerator will it interfer with the phynylephrine??

Kind of a strange question, I know, but I want to ge the best duiretic results!

bro I wouldn't use the prep.H the day of the show,..use it weeks prior to your show. Its not a big difference anyway imo.

It can make a differance but as said above it will not be big...the leading weeks of dieting is what counts most...XXL

in terms of losing water, I lose most in the last week, with the carb depletion and water dehydration...

It's the fat lose that counts most not the water lose at the end...if you are 100% ready as far as fat lose is concerned very little water manipulation is requiered, but yes most water lose takes place last 1-2 days...
