posing tapes

any good posing tapes i will compete this fall?

I ordered the perfect posing tapes at www.bodybuilding.com.
For me, they were very imformative because I knew nothing about posing. The tapes guide you through the mandatory poses and relaxed poses. I didn't think the contest diet tape was a big help.
