Working Inner Calf Muscle
I read in a training magazine before that if you turn your feet a cirtain way then you will would work a different part of the calf muscle more. I need more work on my inner calfs. I have looked and can't find any more info on this. Does anyone know how this works???

Positioning of your feet will affect which part of your calf you are hitting. Best advice I can give you is try it out for yourself. Turn them out, see how it feels. Turn them in, see how it feels.
