Hi all, i have 4 weeks left till All Ontarios, i just placed 1st in 2 competitions in a row and qualified for these ontarios, i just have a few questions:
(1) what would be my best carb depletion and carb load up in the last week?
(2) how much training should i be doing? i dont work and i have bin following arnies 6 day a week twice a day routine but im not sure of the volume of sets i should be doing per week on my 2 day split. more info about me is at my website: http://home.cablerocket.com/~beachfit
