Hey guysI´m a modell and i´m going to have pictures taken of me in two weeks. I know you bodybuilders carb down than up and no salt and water etc... I´ve read some of the threds on this but Im a newbie and I dont have so much muscle im 165lbs (and thats me in the picture) can You guys give some advice?? does´nt have to be comlicated, just something that you know works fearly well
