    Cool Herb's Contest Results

    Well I just got home from my show in Knoxville...things went well...I won my class (Open Middleweight) and the OVERALL!! The light heavy winner, and heavyweight winner were so suren they had won, but in the posedown I put on a show!! It was a blast!!! The show was The Greater Knox Classic which is a NPC show....we had 90+ competitors and it was a whirlwind of emotions for me the past 24 hours...let me catch my breath and I'll try to get some pics.....I still have the State championships this coming weekend, so it's back to work for now...thanks for the support everyone!! Especially my boy Zapp, here from the board, for coming up and showing some good ol' AR love!!

    Nothing better then a middle weight winning the show. I'm sure the lt heavy and heavy were all set to be the winners. Great job on staying on the diet. Shredded body builder win shows. Over mass these days.
