Fun isn't it. I would get some type of fibre sups well your able to drink all water you want. Also veggie's but may not be enough.
I use citrucil fibre therapy. Tastes pretty good and helps a alot. you can pick it up at any grocery store. Also try eating 2-3 apples a day.
back along time ago when i considered competing....my partner used duphalac (no Rx needed), he claimed that it relieved the constipation type problems... and he claimed that it helped him improve his abdominal cuts due to it pulling h2o out of the lower intestines due to increased osmotic pressure in the colon.....
i dont worry about such prep, so i cant say from my experience.....

I like fiber 1, weetabix, wheatgram anything high in fiber, i would sugest 4-5 gm of fiber with every meal, it slowes down the digastion, lowers the glycimic index of food, lowers insulin response to carbs, and of course helps you shit....
I didn't take any fiber, but i never have any problems, my only problem was i would get up at 4:00 in the morning to have my stool....not a great timing....
get lots of bran. im talking pure bran cereal,2 - 3 bowls a day. it has lots of dietary fiber in it and works great and helps to keep you regular.![]()
DAM! Had one of those today and named it! Its like giving birth. I'm on stage in like 9 days.............So I've got to just live with it a little longer.
