HOt stuff is very good i think, also bit of hair spry works well over dream tan. Some shows do not allow hot stuff anymore.

Dream Tan is enough for me...their formula has some oil or something like it already in it...I used Pam once and it made things worse

I lot of ppl have bad reaction to hot stuff, can be very bad i guess. Dream tan has some type of mineral oil in it, and scheen of some type, a tiny bit of hair spry over it works well primo... give just a bit of shine that you need.

doesn't matter buy ideally something with a shine in it, forget the name, but sure someone who uses hair spray can explain.

I put hair spray in the spot where my hand go while doing the lat spreads, keeps you hands from sliping...Jan Tana for tanning, Hot stuff for vascularity and jan tana oil.........and sweat from pumping up..........
