I've got a show in 8 weeks, everything is going good, I'm going to get pics up here soon.
My workouts are like this
Day 1 - Chest/abs
Day 2 - Back/calves
Day 3 - Bi's/Traps<--- I take an offday between bi's/traps and shoulders if i need it
Day 4 - Shoulders
Day 5 - legs
Day 6 - off
Day 7 - Bi's/Traps
repeat
My question is, when should I switch it up to doing everything more frequently, i.e. chest/back/abs together but half the volume for each, so they get hit twice as much, and w/ high reps? 4 weeks out? 2 weeks out?
My diet is the Cutting Sticky. 240g protein, 180g carbs (including 70 in PWO) and about 40g fats. I weigh 190, about 8-9%.
