I always have 1 cheatmeal per week untill about 3-4 weeks out, depending on where i am with my conditioning at that time...it will restore some of your glucogen stores and stimulate metabolism and T-3 convertion from T-4...works wonders in my opinion...XXL

I do a 90/10 diet which means I eat 6 meals a day which = to 42 meals a week. 10% of that is 4.2meals to cheat with. LOL, you guys have only 1 cheat meals a week. well I have 1 cheat day which means to me eat whatever I want that whole day and shut it off by 7pm. of course i'm no tgoing to go to mcdonalds 4 times that day. if fact I only eat clean good food like white rice, white potatos etc. and maybe a slice of pizza. cut cheat meals 3 weeks out. works great for me.
