pic 8 wks out
this is my first show.been bodybuilding for about a year.just converted from powerlifting for 7 yrs.is it possible for me to come in top condition.I know my legs are small.

You have some hard work to do, but i think it can be done...45-60 min cardio first thing in the morning and a very solid diet could still get you ready...good luck...XXL

It can be done but you will have to suffer, why dont you consider the show after that one. just a suggestion.. its going to be hard.

looks good man, dont go into your first comp with the intentions to win, I cant wait to compete, just do your thing man, get the experience under your belt then kick ass in the next one

nice size bro, now all you need is a solid diet along with cardio but 8 weeks out is gonna be tough.
