seafood during diet
is there any seafood you should stay away from.
I like to eat shrimp,mahi mahi,salmon.
and how about catfish,crapi.
just looking for somthing besides chicken.I eat alot of chicken but it is getting old.thanks

all those options are fine. Just make sure if its a fatty fish, like salmon, not to eat carbs w/ it if your trying to be strict.
BTW...is this the same ironfreak from b4?

I used to post a few in the powerlifting forum.just switched to BB.hit that 600 bench and that was my goal.on to a new goal.

white flaky fish is a great sub for chicken to keep you sain. I love all kinds. I dont each much salmon, but it is definitely perfect for a protein/fat meal if you're into separating carbs and fats.

I would drop the salt water seafood when it comes down to the last 3 weeks because salt water fish is fatty fish such as salmon an dturn to fresh water fish such as Tilapia, whiting ect.
