drop protien to 300 g.from chicken and tuna. 3days no carbs/1 day 180 g carbs.cardio walk high incline 45 min twice a day.
droped EQ and T ENANT.increased prop/tren to 100mg/day.
been getting help with posing and doing that everyday.
could always drop tuna do to the high sodium content, it might be making you retain water....i drop mine at 8 weeks cause i hold a lot of water usually...
Good deal bro. your coming along just fine. nice to see guys listening. as for tuna. no need to drop it as we do not care anything about sodium until 3 days out. in fact we will up your sodium on 7, 6, 5 and 4 days out like crazy, then cut sodium when you cut water.
