    JayHova...Cardio????

Hey man, or anyone...I would like to know your thoughts on cardio from 2 weeks out...should it be done in the morning on an empty stomach still even though your BF% will be down to a very low level, or should it be switched to after training???? also what duration and and tempo do you suggest???

Let see how long this one gets

Here's my opinion. Dont play the size game. yo uwant to come i nas shredded as possible, therefore, What I do two weeks out is 1 hours in the morning on an empty stomach and 45 minutes at night with nothing ubt a zero carb shake after. Thats mycardio before a competition.

I agree...some pros can get away with just size alone but its the condition that will make you climb the ranks...

Agree, most shows are won or lost by conditioning...First thing in the morning cardio works best for me...XXL

WEBB, seems like the verdict is in huh buddy?

I'm not sure how long you wait to stop training before Stage time. I would assume somewhere between 5-7 days so PWO is out of the question.

I'd say AM and PWO up until you stop llfting then AM and nighttime as Ment stated there after. Really try to do your nighttime cardio at least 2.5-3 hours after your last meal. You dont want to spend too much time burning what you last ate, try to mobilize fat as fuel rather then your last meal.

I"m rootin' for ya buddy, get at it.
