2 Questions about Contest Prep 5 wks out..
Guys a couple questions on contest prep...im currently about 5 wks out....
at this point im eating chicken breasts all day, 1 steak daily (as you guys suggested) and 1 protein shake post-cardio
Its my first time ever including steak to my contest diet, do you guys find it helps you maintain fullness/energy because of the fat content? I know some guys eliminate red meat a couple wks out...is there any reason to if im still losing bodyfat at this point?
2: I have used muscletechs anator and believe it or not i actually had amazing results off it ( i was very supprised) i used it during the 1st wk as a post workout shake...would there be any significant disadvantages to adding it again just Post workout (1 scoop=27g of carbs -- 13g of sugar) once my carbs decrease again? i figured id maintain strength better if i added it post workout when i get closer to the show...as it is my sugar intake is an absolute minimum right now anyway...
