Hey I was wondering... Lets say I wanna do 45 mins of cardio. Would splitting it into 25 mins in the morning and 20 mins at night(after last meal) be the same as doing it altogether?

Haha... Yah the only reason I asked is cuz I felt bad cuz I woke up later than normal yesterday, and had to be somewhere by noon. So I only had time to get in 25 mins in the morning. I finished up at night after my last meal.Originally Posted by RailZ

Sure it does, in fact I did 1 minute of cadio this morning and every 1/2 hour I did another 1 minute. At the end of the day I had almost a full 30 minute cardio session done.
