Cardio question...
Hey I was wondering... Lets say I wanna do 45 mins of cardio. Would splitting it into 25 mins in the morning and 20 mins at night(after last meal) be the same as doing it altogether?

Nope, not the same. Without lookin Im sure the link Jayhova posted was the 5page cardio thread. If so..GREAT read.

Sure it does, in fact I did 1 minute of cadio this morning and every 1/2 hour I did another 1 minute. At the end of the day I had almost a full 30 minute cardio session done.
