after a large pizza and cheese cake!
hey guys, i guess you heard it first from mike xxl, i got 8th. dissapointed, but still a personal best. i came in hard as usual and 14lbs heavier than last year. its all about progression. next time, i'm loading a day earlier (tuesday) and never dropping my carbs below 200g per day. this shot was taken on sunday, the day after, after eating a large pizza and cheese cake and re-hydrating with 4L of water and diet coke. i was 10lbs heavier, and didn't spill over. i don't have a nutrition expert on my team, i've just have been playing around with my macronutrients and trying different things over the years, and i think i've almost got it. Next time 210lbs @ 4%!!!!

still tight, pumps are incredible!
Hey guys, thanks for all your input. I love this sub-culture and it's nice to be able to talk, ask questions and vent. Right now I'm 210lbs (up 20lbs from the show last weekend) and gettin great pumps in the gym vascularity is awesome, but holding a bit of water. I'll post some pics in a day or so. My next show will be in Novemeber and I'm gonna come in 10 to 15lbs heavier. With what I've learned from this past show, i should have it nailed. Hey Mike....I do remember ya, maybe we should get together and go through some prep stuff, I'm always up for new ideas. You can never know too much and must keep and open mind, there's always room for improvement.
Later guys

He is 5'10ish". Sliced you look amazing in that picture. 8th isn't bad bro don't be hard on yourself you had some pretty good competetors to go up against. It is good to see that you got into the light heavies so you are definetly doing something right. You fullness in that picture is great. You know you don't have a problem getting lean and dropping your water. It is just timing your loading so that you fill yourself right out.
Mike has some great ideas. I think you guys would make a great team for your next show.
Good luck and I plan on attending the one in november. Don't be shy if you have more pics post'em up. You look great!!Last edited by Shredz; 06-22-2006 at 08:38 PM.
