Hi guys I was hoping for some advise...current stats are below:

242pounds
14%Body Fat
goal cut to 7-9%bodyfat
Juicing with
60mcg anavar (British Dragon) ED
50mcg winny (British Dragon) ED
100mcg Primobolan (can do more if you guys think) (British Dragon) ED
+injectable L-carnitine EOD, 600mcg/shot
(would have preferred to do tren and prop with
the winny but this is all I could get at the moment)
Planned Diet:
6 meals evenly spaced out consisting of:
3 cans ot tuna
6 protein shake serves
1.5 cups oats
16 efa caps (12 fish oil, 4 flax oil)
a)66.8grms protein/can of tuna
fat=3.2grms
300cals/can of tuna
b)24.6grms protein/shake
fat=1.4grms
carbs=2.5grms
=118cals
c)fats = EFA's 12fish 4 flax
=144cals
d)oats/carbs 30.9/50grms (half cup)
protein = 5.4grms
fat= 4.3grms
= 185cals per half cup
6 meals
3 carb/pro
3 pro/fat
meal/training plan
oral L-carnitine 2grams first thing then,
Am cardio - 1hour empty stomach
treadmill 12incline 3.5miles/hour
(A) 0.5cup oats+2 serves protein shake
(B) 6grams fish oil+ can tuna
(C) 6grams fish oil+ can tuna
(D) 0.5cup oats+2 serves protein shake
Weight Training 1.5hrs
Cardio post weight training 45 mins
treadmill 12incline 3.5miles/hour
(E) 0.5cup oats+2 serves protein shake
(F) night meal 1 can tuna + 4grams flax
+plenty of greens and a little fruit.
364.2protein=70% of total cals
107.7carbs=21% of total cals
46.9fat=9% of total cals
total=2309cals
prior to this have been carb cycling to bulk, not counting calories but keeping protein at around 350 grams/day, variety of low-gi carbs not more then 350 grams/day (I'm a low carb bulker), and fat, well I wouldn't like to guess, lol!!
BTW I'm the classic endomorph!!!
