    Basic Carb-Up Question:

Guys when ive been carbing up along the way i normally add a little extra sodium and fat to help the carb load...is this a good strategy? I normally try to have moderate sodium the whole way out until the last week, then reduce it just slightly then i usually carb up and then fat-load the day before...

I would shiat load on saturday morning that will add enough sodium back in your diet to help you fill out, harden you and dry you out...XXL

Yea MikeXXL, to be honest i followed your sh1t loading techiniques the past 3 years and it WORKED WONDERS my first year! it was ridiculous how 12 donuts, half a pizza, and a piece of cheescake will do to your condition in a matter of hours! I was completely dry and shredded! Im just making sure im on track...normally i add a little extra sodium and fat on my basic carb up days and i think it helps with the absorption of all the carbs like you said...i plan on carbing up starting Thursday this year...and on Friday i will have a Thickburger from Hardee's...saturday morning i plan to carb up a little extra if im flat with 6-12 donuts; i used ice cream last comp and it totally didnt work for me so i want to stick with more beef and sugar like donuts...but any advice ill take....
