    legs elevated

    i've heard keeping your legs elevated before a show helps them out quite a bit??? How far out should one start doing this??? and why does this help your legs???

    On friday before the show, just to keep off your feet, so ur legs don't smooth out....you ever wake up in the mor and veins are scattered everywhere, then when you get up...they kinda dissappear as you walk more and more.

    Listen to the man. plus elevated help to drain water out of your legs.

    Ditto.. standing causes fluid to pool.
