    ready or not ready for comp?

    Hey bro's i am just getting ready to start dieting and the comp is in two weeks, Aug. 12. It is the motor city championship. Just want to post some pics of what i look like now, and in two weeks, it is crazy what i can change in my body in just a short time. Two weeks ago my weight was 210lbs and i just put some cardio in my routine and now i am already down to 189lbs. I need to hit 176lbs for the comp so i have a little to go. I also plan on taking Traxotone for my water for ten days and the last two days left i have 25mg aldactazide to take. Well my pics are right here, tear me apart if you guys want, i need some work, this is my second comp i have ever did.

    looks like you got a great base bro...but in all honesty if it is two weeks i think you have a lot of cardio in front of ya and hard dieting. i would be doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for 60min and again at night for 45-60minutes about 2-3 hours after your last meal...

    you can do it and you will be in shape, might not be as hard and dry as you could be but you will not look outta place up there..

    legs look good, so do your arms, hit the cardio hard and u'll be aright

    hay bro, do the tats get in the way of your comps???? just wondering cus that is why i chose not to get anymore becuase i plan to do a lot of comepating..... just wondering....
