first all natty comp..
i will be doing my first all natty comp coming up in Nov. i will be starting my diet tommorow, i will be competing in the light weight class, i must weigh in at 165.5 or less its gonna be hard for me to do that considering my height is 5'9 right now im at about 185-190 and around 10-12 % bf... heres the routine..any feedback on diet whould be great..
meal 1- 12 egg whites/ 1 cup oats
workout
PWO- 2 scoop whey/ 2 packets quick oats
PPWO- 2 cans tuns/ 1/2 cup brown rice
meal 4- 2 cans tuna/ 1/2 cup brown rice
meal 5- 8 oz chicken/ 1 tbls flax
meal 6- 2 scoop whey/ 1 tbls flax
carbs-180 fat-30 pro-280 cals-2600
supps-
multi
V-C
V-E
R-ALA
i will start off doing cardio twice a week on wednesday and saturday on empty tank for 45 mins then in october bump it as needed. I went to this show last year to watch and the competion is week the onkly thing im worried about is my back thickness.Last edited by steve0; 07-30-2006 at 11:58 AM.
