    using slin before the show

    for guys who use slin ( b4 the show) like a day b4 the show or the day of the show while carb up. wut do u think?is it worth it??

    Its a gamble, If its not a big show, then take a shot, its all trial and error. Thats the only way your going to know if it work for your body. Everyone's different so dont take anyone's story and apply it to yourself

    I would say NO top that idea, it's just too risky, i have done 2x it and swelled up with water both times...14 weeks of dieting for nothing just so i can tell you it's no good...i have done 2 hours before stage time and 4 hours before stage time, no water just slin and carbs...i would NOT do that again...shiat loading is safer and in y opinion ore effective way to get full, hard and vascular...good luck...XXL

    dats wut i got so far from one of the member here:

    Right after weigh-ins I used 10 iu's of slin along w/ 50 grams of carbs in the form of dry oats and 50 grams of carbs in the form of dates. 2 hrs later I hade a leans steak, 2 hours after I had another carb meal. I did not mix the fat and carbs. But take in mind that my weigh-ins were 24hrs before my pre-judge, so I had the time. I repeated the process the next day

    That's rather light on the carbs for 10iu of slin, esspecially the second meal of just lean steak...i don;t like it and would not do it or recomend for any one else to try it...XXL

    What about using slin before your first meal of your carb up or shitload.
