Need Help
I only have two weeks between shows. Just finished the first, didn't dry up as much as I needed. Should I deplete water and carb up again in the same manner as last time, and what type of workouts should I get. Really just looking for some general stratagies that work best when doing shows so close together?

first of all what was your stradgy you used? and to add my $0.02 I'd say hit the cardio ASAP especially that morning on an empty stomach. drink a bit more water this time so you can release more. but I really, Well!! WE really need to know what you did before so we can assest where you went wrong why you didnt dry out all the way. what did you use? when did you cut your water ect.
