I did this last year and it seemed to work pretty well, a few of my friends are telling me not to, but they're pretty old school. Another guy is telling me NOT to cut my water because he says I need the water to make the carbs work. I was planning on cutting the water at 16-18 hrs out, then eating some doughnuts or candy bars the morning of the show about 3 hrs b4 stage time. Who here does it?
