I'm thinking about going to hit some abs today, the show is Saturday, but my abs are feeling flat. When I pose the obliques are coming out more than my abs, which usually isnt the case. My stomach does not feel bloated at all, it feels vacuumed in too much or something. I dont think it's going to hurt me to do the abs today, no other weights, just abs, kind of getthem stimulated and pumped one last time b4 Saturday, opinions?
