ok i remember i read somewhere that those who aren't able to handle carbs as well (something about personal insulin levels if i'm not wrong) should manipulate their macros in a way where there would be lesser carbs and more healthy fat.

so i have 2 questions here. (assuming constant calories regardless of how you manipulate the ratios)

1. does the above statement hold true?

2. if yes, will glycogen restoration be affected (referring to either absolute glycogen levels and/or rate of restoration of glycogen)?
