ok so im thinking of putting this into my last week of diet..im not exactly sure how this will work since i have never used it before. I aware of losing too much water so then i will look flat. but i also want to be shreaded.
so my question is preaty much for the people that have used it in comp.
how have you used it?
and did it work?
Im not using diuretis but i plan on cutting water 20 hrs before the show. and shit loading on saturday morning.
any opinions on this product
