Decard Workout
when doing your final decarb workout prior to carbing up, is it safe to include a few light sets of leg exercises, such as leg extensions and curls, no pressing movements....I know not to train legs 2weeks out from the show date, just curious if this also applies to the carb up phase...Thanks

You are over-thinking the whole process. Little details like that will not make or break you. Just keep the diet and cardio in check and you will look good and do fine. Personally I just try to keep my workouts the same throughout.

Sets of 20 light leg ext, and light stiff leg deadlifts...XXL
