    5 weeks out but something feels wrong??

    Hey guys, hows it going. I'm 5 weeks out from my frist show as a junior. I started 13 weeks out and everyone is telling me I look good. the thing is, the last couple of days, i feel like shit. Something doesnt feel right, i get dizzy,no energy,light headed,shaky legs and hands,angry and really really hungry...I"M ONLY 5 WEEK OUT? whats going on and what should I do..please help, I want to look good for my first show.

    Have you made any diet/training/cardio/supplement changes??


    Tell us your stats and waht your diet looks like (especially how many carbs you are taking in) and what supplements you are doing...oh yea...how much cardio you're doing as well.

    I guarantee its his carb intake. Ive done that same mistake and have felt the exact symptoms. Or possibly overtraining?

    hey guys, sorry I havent replied. I feel better now, I had a cheat meal and feel more energy. My carbs were droped at 100 carbs now and doing cardio 1 hour in the morning, 40 minutes post workout, and 20 minutes at night. My last cheat meal is on saturday and I'll be 4 weeks out.....any tips on how to stay focused and train and cardio hard >?

    That's too much cardio, you're gonna end up losing a lot of LBM in the process.

    Depends on what you are looking like right now and if you are on gear. If you are on gear, you can get away with more cardio, but I would not split it into three sessions like that, I would combine the last two if you keep it that high. But 2hrs per day does seem like a lot for still being 4 wks out. I did two hours, but only my last 2.5 weeks

    Diet 4.5 weeks out: 100carbs/350protein/10g of fat (2 eggs)
    Stats:19yrs old/5'8/195pounds/ bodyfat not sure right now

    Cycle: 600mgs EQ/week
    500mgs teast prop/week
    500mgs tren acetate/week
    400mgs masteron/week
    500mgs winstrol oral/week
    1.225mg clen liquid/week

    I just add 100 more mgs of tren and prop because this week I feel the worst out of the 13 weeks of my diet. I still have 4 weeks on saturday to go. I feel real flat right now and not full, i looked better last week. Cardio is done 55 minutes in the morning and 45 min post work out in the afternoon

    i believe the amount of fat in your diet is toooo low......i figure you are eating carbs with two of your meal during the day, so lets say if you are eating 6 or seven times a day, you should be including EFA's with the meals that do not have any carbs present.....at least thats what i understand and what ive been doing on low carb days during my prep......if you want, hold off until you get a few more opinions.....COuld the amount of gear being used be the cause of him not feeling well.....im mean, thats a alot of gear to be doing, especially at 19?

    First of all, the amount of gear you are using is RIDICULOUS! ESPECIALLY for a teen. There doesnt even seem to be any reasoning behind yoru gear protocol, all you need is an anabolic, an androgen and a hardening agent (either winny or masterone,...NOT BOTH) the doses of each are too high as well...especially the Tren. I am in shock at how much gear you are using at yoru age...I am not lecturing you, but shit man, that's unbelievable.

    Your fats are definately too low. WIth that amount of carbs your fats should be AT LEAST around 40-50 grams of EFA's (nuts, olive oil, flax oil, fish oil etcc)

    How much cardio are you doing?

    55 minutes in the morning....40 post workout afternoon..just to let you guys all know...I do feel much better now then I did at the start of the week...I dont know what it is..but this week seemed the hardest..but not I feel good ! And thanks for all the advice

    Wow.. you remind me of this guy that I helped go into his first teen show not too long ago..

    As Spound said, you're overusing the drugs and the combination doesn't make sense.

    Your diet needs serious help too.. Who is helping you with your contest prep because I'd suggest hiring a coach, there is no way for us to teach you everything online, your too far off on your diet/anabolics and probably training.

    I 100% agree.....that is WAY to much gear, not only for a 19 year old, but for anyone, and is probably the cause of you feeling like ass.......if i was you i would lower my doses and even go to the doc to get my heart rate and blood pressure examined......your diet also needs serious work....im curious to see what you look like, post a pic if you can, and the guys might be able to advise you better....

    Cardio:1 hour

    Meal1: Brach Chain Aminios/Glutamine mix
    30grams protein isolate
    1 cup egg whites
    1 whole egg
    40 grams of Carbs from Oatmeal

    Meal2: 1 can tuna
    1 cup broccoli
    1tsp soy sauce

    Meal3: 1 chicken breast
    1 cup broccoli
    1tsp soy sauce

    Train and 40 min cardio

    Meal 4: Same as meal 1

    Meal 5: 1 1/2 chicken breast
    1 cup vegetible mix
    1tsp soy sauce

    9:00pm - 20 min cardio

    Meal 6: 1 1/2 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup sugar free jello
    1tsp glutamine

    i counted roughly about 80 grams of carbs and like 15 grams of fat that you are eating everyday.....personally, i think that is TOOOO low of a number at five weeks out, escpecially with all that cardio, which is definately why you feel like $hit.......also, i agree with spound that your fats are also TOOOOOOO low....you should include some sort of fat in meals that do not include carbs....you can use olive oil, natural peanutbutter, almonds, flax seed oil, etc.....another thing, what is the reasoning behind splitting your cardio into three daily sessions?

    way too much cardio i agree , i will keep my workouts intense and do like 30mins of cardio the most

    i like to split cardio up because I feel like I have more energy to do so..and it works better for me with my school and work schedual...but anyways, thanks for the advise and i will be adding more efa's to my diet

    Ok, you weren't too specific with posting your diet, and didn't give us all the macros, but I will tell you a couple things I see wrong off the bat. My suggestions are in caps below within your post:

    I WOULD TAKE OUT THE FATS IN THE ABOVE MEAL, THEY WILL DO NOTHING BUT SLOW ABSORPTION HERE WHICH IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT AFTER TRAINING.

    Meal 5: 1 1/2 chicken breast
    1 cup vegetible mix
    1tsp soy sauce
    PUT MORE CARBS HERE...YOU NEED CARBS IN THE TWO MEALS FOLLOWING TRAINING IMO. IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE MUCH, BUT MAYBE LIKE 1/4-1/2 CUP BROWN RICE WILL DO

    9:00pm - 20 min cardio

    Meal 6: 1 1/2 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup sugar free jello
    1tsp glutamine

    I WOUDL SUB OUT THE JELLO FOR SOME FATS SUCH AS ALMONDS OR SOMETHING. I KNOW IT SAYS SUGAR FREE, BUT I AM SURE IT STILL HAS CARBS WHICH YOU DON'T NEED IN THIS MEAL

    I LIKE THE SOY SAUCE IN THERE, THAT WILL KEEP YORU SODIUM HIGH AND CONSTANT WHICH YOU NEED RIGHT NOW TO HELP YOUR MUSCLES STAY FULLER AND IT WILL ALSO HELP FACILITATE MORE OF A PUMP WHEN YOU TRAIN WHICH IS GOOD FOR THE PYCHE. THESE ARE JUST BASIC SUGGESTIONS ABOVE, BUT IT IS HARD TO SAY ANYTHING MORE SPECIFIC WITHOUT SEEING PICS AND KNOWING HWAT YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THROUGHOUT YOUR WHOLE PREP.

    IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU MAY BE IN A LITTLE BIT OF A RUT OR PLATEAU, AND IF THIS IS THE CASE, I WOULD THROW IN A VERY HIGH CARB DAY RIGHT NOW TO FILL BACK OUT AND RE-VAMP YOUR METABOLISM.

    yeah I can tell you why your feeling light headed and shitty, your diet sucks. 80 grams of carbs /day and 15 grams of fat, I bet there are ethiopians that get more food in their diet than that. Try upping your carbs to 150 grams and fat to 60 grams/day, you'll appreciate what it does for you.

    150 carbs is to much..i do agree with the fats....I'll be adding natural penut butter/cla/flax oil/ and just 1 egg in the morning....thanks guys..Also I did have a crab up day yesturday and posing practice with the owner of my gym which is helping me out..I looked good and my legs are coming in perfect....This last week as we talked about above was just a wall I hit hard, but now I feel much more comfortable and ready..4 weeks out ! thanks for all the help guys...i'll keep trying to post pics, but i got to shrink the size of it some how....if anyone knows how, please let me know...

    Hey guys..I posted my cycle above and now I'm 4 weeks out and I think I need some changes...heres the original cycle that started 13 weeks out..
    Cycle: 600mgs EQ/week
    500mgs teast prop/week
    500mgs tren acetate/week
    400mgs masteron/week
    500mgs winstrol oral/week
    1.225mg clen liquid/week

    I feel that I should drop the test prop out and only use..

    EQ= 600 mgs a week
    Tren Acetate= 400 mgs/week
    Masteron=400mgs/week
    Oral Winstrol=500mgs/week
    Halo=20mgs/day
    Clen Liquid=1.225mgs/week

    any suggestions ?

    Well I woul drop about half of that crap out as you do not need that much gear, it will only cause you health problems and maybe even make you look WORSE. If you are adamant about keeping things in though I would keep the prop in until the last week and cut the EQ NOW. Halo shouldn't even be in the mix yet...not until 10-14 days out mark...its too toxic. your tren dose is asinine and jsut purely idiotic. I would just leave the prop, tren and winny in there and then throw in halo at two wks out. Cut the masterone you don't needed it...your bases are already covered...I promise.

    Why do you feel the need for all the drugs?

    I went into contest with only Test Prop and Masteron at low dosages..

    You won't build muscle in a calorie deficient state, so use just enough to retain LBM.

    I found that primo, EQ, AND Winni tabs were great in a modarate dose and got me looking real good.

    I'm sure you will do well bro....Cut the drugs abit.
