    Areas to improve.

Well like Mike guys im also thinking about competeing in 2007 season. Im 20 now so no more teen classes for me. Still gonna continue the natural route for now though. I wanted some feed back on areas you all think I need to improve on: conditioning, size, detail, body parts etc....I did well as a teen competitor winning 2 shows, but i know i need much work now with the novice and eventually open classes. Any input would help guys and I dont mind nitpicking.

P.s. I know my upper body lags behind my lower body.

Thanx guys. Im really not in good shape right now because my diet sux! But those pics I took are from me only training for 3 months after a 8 month lay off. I really wanna try the collegiate nationals as a bantamweight or a lightweight. I think for the shows ive done ive lost to much weight coming into the show. Any advice for this.
