    Six and a Half Weeks Out!!

    Whats up guys.......Im 6 and a half out from my first show.....let me know what you think?

    i need to fix my front lat spread....my left shoulder flares too high....any suggestions?

    im 5'7......im FINALLY dropping body weight, so about 197 first thing in the morining then i go uo to like 203 by late evening.......hoping to make it down to 176 and be a middle weight.....

    YOu look good and you will look great if you can manage to get peeled, you have soem good muscle there, but to me you look behind and may need to play catch-up a little bit. Good luck!

    do you think i have to begin 2 cardio sessions a day? Right now im doing 6 one hour sessions a week first thing in the morning.....is this not enough?

    I dont really think one hour sessions in the A.M. is enough for this point. Some can get away with it...but I cant. Try starting 75-90min in the morning. I wouldnt start the PM sessions for another week or so...then again Im not contest prep guru

    Now im concerned....am i really far off, and i dont stand a chance of coming in conditioned, or am i like right there, but i need to put in a little more work.....be honest, i dont want to look like a fat ass on stage!

    you are doing fine....keep up the hard work & kick it up slightly. you are right there.if you have 6.5 weeks left, do cardio like its 5.5!!! thats all bro....you'll come in conditioned if you want to.its DEFINITLY achievable from where you are....stay focused

    Look good! , nice and thick.

    As far as 2 a day cardio its kinda up to you. Once I started twice a day the fat started falling off fast, gotta be careful of losing muscle. I used LOTS of BCAA throughout the day to help save muscle and it actually worked pretty damn well, but I was mega dosing it and BCAA can get expensive.

    No, I did not mean to discourage you bro. I am jsut saying you will have to bust ass. YOu can definately still get peeled, but you are gonna have to Bare down HARD. I had to do the same thing. THe last 6 weeks are the hardest and they only get harder up until the show...jsut the way it goes. If you are doing 6 days per week right now of cardio, I would bump it to every morning for an hour, and then throw in four 30 minute sessions per week postworkout/evening as well....always leave yourself some outs....don't jump straight into two one-hour sessions per day. DO what I suggested, and go from there onto 7 1-hr session in the am and then seven 30-minutes sessions in the PM and then from there, jsut bump it to two 1-hr session every day. That way you still have rooom for changes and progression.

    First of all, take a look at yoru diet....when was the last time you adjusted it? You metabolism could be slowing, you may need a SLIGHTLY higher carb day for one day and then lower your carbs by about 100grams after that one slightly higher day. Normally I would say to have a VERY high carb day to re-boost metabolism, but I do not think you have the luxury of time for that.

    Any more questions, shoot them up. If you havent adjusted your diet latelythough, then you may need to pull some carbs.

    Are you using any fat burners such as T3/clen or anything? What about gear?

    today i lowered my carbs to 150 on training days, 5 days a week, and 75 on non training days...this is the lowest ive been throughout my entire diet....my protein is around 300 grams and my fats are between 65-75 grams per day.....alittle higher on fats on non training days.....today i did 75 min of cardio in the morning, but i think im going to do the idea of 1 hr in the morning and 30 min after i workout....
