    My first show is this saturday!!

    I just wanted to tell everyone that I have read and learned a great deal from everyone here and I am about to blast the shizzal in my first contest this Saturday. I am 200lbs and pretty lean at 5'7 I promise I will post some pictures up the day after the contest

    Holy Shidizzal my fidal!!! Two more days left. I am one nervous man. Thanks to all for the insperation. My skin is shrinking and I am dry as a crisp, Dam I wish the show was tonight. Any Ideas on how I can keep my condition till Saturday

    Dude, You should be stacked. 5'7" and 200#.
    Do you think you will come in at 195 or so?
    If you have the total package you should win the show.
    I compete at many shows in the tri state area and have won
    several of them. My stats are 5'7" 173# 3 or 4% bf. So I can only dream to get to your weight.

    Lets see

    I am hoping to come in at 197-198lbs but I don't really know what to expect since I never did this before in my life and I am just going by how I feel. Yeah body fat is around 4-5 I believe, but my boy will check it out later on tonight.

    Guess what though, I am already buying my gear for my winter bulking cycle. I am spending some good money today on all my gear.

    I will post some pics up asap the next day after the event.

    I'd love to see some pics from before the show, at the show and after. I'm always amazed at the transformations that people make within days. I'm sure you're looking sharp now.

    I did my first show back in April and it was one of the most fun and memorable days I've had. I swear from the weigh in the day before to the end of the show it felt like a whole week had passed.

    My mistake was not smiling enough on stage during the pre-judging. I didn't know what to expect.... it's worth it.

    I encourage anyone else out there who is kicking around the idea to jump in and do it. You wont regret the experience.
