24 hours till the big day.....
Well exacly 24 hours from now prejudging starts, I know its early as hell (9am)
I went and took the polygraph test and piss test yesterday and found out there are only 3 guys in my division (novice tall)
I wish I had a little more competition, I am not feeling very confident on how I will do. I made a huge mistake and started dieting 18 weeks ago! BIG MISTAKE I got so burnt out of dieting that I fell off my diet here and there the past week or so, I really softened up in the midsection but I am still pretty vascular and tight considering how bad I cheated on my diet.
Right now I have my second coat of protan on, this shit is dark! I still have 3-4 more coats to go. I cut all my liquids out this morning. I am eating a sweet potato at every meal and snacking on rice cakes and dry oatmeal, man its rough trying to swallow oatmeal dry with no water!
In all honesty I dont really care how I place, sure I would like to win if I dont no biggie, this is my first show and I am using this as a learning tool for the future. I have already learned a ton!
I will try to post pics up sometime sunday evening or monday morning.
Well guys wish me luck, I will post the results tommorrow!

Would it be cool to eat a small portion of lean steak now (4oz) and another 4oz portion tonight?
Should I keep the water dropped all the way through the night show as well or should I drink something after prejudging?
Are there any particular shit foods I should eat tomorrow?
I was gonna wake up and have a slice of cheese cake and on the way to the show stop at Mickey D's and eat a few hash browns. I will have rice cakes,snickers and red wine with me at the show.
Also what are the odds of me over-carbing from just eating carbs today and tomorrow morning...roughly how much carbs would I have to eat before I worry about looking too soft?Last edited by chuck89gt5.0; 10-27-2006 at 10:21 AM.
