I'm on my cutting diet and want to keep as much muslce as possible. I perform cardio 4 times a week. I currently walk at a steep incline (12-15degrees) at a speed of 3 on the tredmill. Is this enough or should I run instead?

Do not run. Running burns muscle.

I recomend low intensity such as walking...XXL
I walk on treadmill, stair climber or elliptical. The stair climber and elliptical I really feel in my glutes and upper hams.
