Question about natural show?

I think I am going t compete in a natural show in may of 07.

Where can I find a list of what I can use and what I can't?

Does it vary from show to show?

Most federations list the substances right on the application. Mostly anything that cannot be bought OTC is banned as well as any prohormones or precursor type supplements are banned.

Yep I checked it out, it is definitly an extensive list.

they also want you to not have used anything in 5 years for amateurs, and 7 years for PRO.

they administer a polygraph, and random drug testing.

I spoke to a competitor in those natty shows & hes done 6 of them. He has NEVER seen or heard of a drug test. just a polygraph & one guy failed 4x & passed on the 5th & they let him compete.

I dl-ed the PDF off of that site and it has on there that they do random test and always test 1st place winner.

yea well if a natty guy comes in with striated calves.....then its obvious. My buddy has never seen an actual test in all his shows.
