Of course Carlos. I drink nothing but Crystal Light. I even mix flavors, orange and fruit punch. See you saturday morning at prejudging. I'm currently 206lbs right now, hope I can make 198lbs saturday morning.
One athlete is different from another but i think its best to cut artificial sweeteners 1-2 weeks out, i only drink water the last wk since a couple gallons of crystal light will yield a good amount of sodium....CD
It probably wouldn't be a problem, but I wouldn't have any artificial sweeteners after wednesday. That's what my prep guy recommended to me at least. I dranks TONS of crystal light up until Thursday
I cut it out as well because I have a problem with water retention so I didn't want to take any chances.. other competitors told me no artificial sugars within 1-2wks out.

hey how about GREEN TEA TO GO??? mango mandarin flavor supposed to be no calories but it uses sucralose to sweeten it up (so it is artificial) however the green tea i thought if im not wrong a natural diuretic kinda like canceling out the water bloat if any?? what do you think cause i just bough a few and i love them lol
i would say yes as long as you are not taking in too much Aldacton, CL has potassium in it, i remember Bill ROberts used it in the past as his potassium supp. before photo shoots...XXL
im checking right now the ingridients and i dont see aldacton right now..im not sure about crystal light but i love this thing im gonna dump a few in a gallon of water and just sip it during the day =)

Thank you! I am looking pretty dry and vieny. I forgot to bring an extra shirt to the gym and only had a tank top to wear home. A group of girls were staring at me saying "ewww, that is so gross!" Gad damn bro, I'm probably up to 1/2 gallon, wanna hear something funny, I just had 2 bowls of frosted flakes, I'm just going to look like sh!t, lol. I was going thru sugar withdrawal cause I tried to go 3 days only 50 grams of carbs, i'll be glad when this sh!t is over so I can break for 3 months.

Man, Victor has had me cycling carbs. I get 150 carbs on leg day the rest 50-75.But I don't get cravings. There is a fat guy who sits near me and he eats junk all damn day. I can smell everything he eats. It doesn't make me want it. I just think "there he goes again!"
