I changed alot!! Some of the changes MrMent1on said are as follows: ZERO carbs Sunday, Monday Tuesday, I was not perfect but I never went over 30 carbs so far. Im doing cardo in the AM on the treadmill speed is 3.5 and the incline is 14 twice a day.The Aldactone is now Monday-25mg, Tuesday-50mg, wednesday-50mg, thursday-75gm, Friday-100mg and saturday 25mg first thing in the morning. (that dosage schedule came from MIKE XXL). Since this change occured I dropped 12lbs. I start my carb load Wednesday with my meals like this. Wednesday: 4oz lean ground beef, 4oz yams 3 X's a day. 5oz chicken breast 1/2 cup rice 3X's a day. Thursday and Friday the same but more rice and more yams each day. Last meal on Friday night is 2 whole eggs with cheese and TBSP of peanut butter. Im drinking 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of water each day and sips on Friday and none on Saturday. My meal today looked like this. 18 egg whites, 2 scoops Isolite whey protein, 8 oz extra lean 98% ground turkey, 4 oz Tuna (sushi style w/o rice) and 6 oz extra lean 98% ground turkey, 1 oz eel (sushi style w/o rice). 1230 cal. 230 protein, 8 carbs and 10 fat. My show is this Saturday and I'd like to post some more pictures this friday for help. Please let me know what Im doing wrong or right now. Thank you very much for all the help.
