here it goes (cont.day sunday)
Tuesday 75gcarbs
wednsday 50g c
thursday zero carbs
friday zero carbs until weght-in: then 3 meals 300g alltogether
saturday 700g carbs in10 meals
sunday depending on shape....
water will be dropped 18h before show, a little salt sat. morning, then nothing untill right before the final. Aldactone last days at moderate dose.
Anything seem of/wrong with this? All opinions appreciated!
