    Help with carboloading!

    Hi guys!

    I´m looking for opinions on my carbload-plan. This is my first contest and ofcource theres no guarantees how I will react, but I wonder if someone experienced can see any obvious flaws in the plan...

    here it goes (cont.day sunday)

    Tuesday 75gcarbs
    wednsday 50g c
    thursday zero carbs
    friday zero carbs until weght-in: then 3 meals 300g alltogether
    saturday 700g carbs in10 meals
    sunday depending on shape....

    water will be dropped 18h before show, a little salt sat. morning, then nothing untill right before the final. Aldactone last days at moderate dose.


    Anything seem of/wrong with this? All opinions appreciated!

    is this one week out of your show??? and do you compete both sat and sund?

    if your lean enough and depending on your weight and what weight class your going to be in i wouldnt drop carbs to zero. now if your borderlining to make weight then i guess thats your best choise

    I'd do a trial run, especially consuming 1000 g of CHO's for a carb up. That many carbs could ruin your physique or it could be perfect, but I would experiment with it. . .

    The competition is 5weeks from today, I´l only do the sunday show! It´s sort of a beginners show where your maximum allowed weight is based on how tall U are.
    Im allowed to be 91kg (on185cm) thats just aprx.202lbs i belive. Weightclass shouldnt be a problem, I´m only 3lbs out today.



    Is it anyone else´s opinion that the load is to extreme?

    Im a bit paranoid about messing up the conditioning, hehe.
    Ive tried the load on an eatingday, but with water i makes me full but a bit "puffy".

    yes ofcourse loading shit loading mostly will make you look puffy..now if your feeling puffy when you eat the "same kinds of carbs" that you use when you cut then my guess is that you still have room for some more fat burning and your also holding some water. which you need to drink more water then and up the cardio.

    Ehhhh???

    Ofcourse i still have water and fat left, I´m 5 weeks out.

    What i meant is that 700g of carbs makes me puffy if im drinking water to it on a normal day.

    But with the salt and water cut+ aldactone, I hope it will work. But im looking for opinions on it.

    Fatburning is under control still. Not much to loose now.

    yes by cutting the water and aldactone you will be dry enough not to spill and look puffy if you take in 700gs carbs. but once again thats if your very lean and dry. and since you say there is not much fat left to burn in 5 weeks out,then most likly you will be dry and lean enough to be able to load with that amount.

    OK!thanx.

    Yea i guess the most important factor is to be as lean as possible for it to work!

    Do U think it´s too late to cut the salt on the morning before the show?

    = to salt the meals on friday night, and maybe first meal on sat morning before cutting it completely; to help the glykogenload-in?

    Or is it to late? Own experiences wanted!
