Use different injection sites..........XXL
of course its called swelling, there is no other way to avoid it try to go deeper into the muscle or rotate your sites
that makes since that it would be swelling...could it also be the oil to??..oh and i do rotate my injection sites..i dont inject in my quad every day..LOL..it just seems to take about a 4 days or so before the muscle i inject into goes back to normal..i guess i just need to stop taking my gear earlier before show
Inject into your glutes, prior to the show. That seemed to work for me it just sucks getting stuck in the ass every f-----ing day for four weeks
