    just getting started,tore my tricep and just got the ok to start back.been hammering my legs last few months, funny how I went from hating to do legs from looking forward to it.

    gained 15 lbs this last week =) right after the show i gained 20 and looked bloated as hell but I kept drinking water just like contest prep and my bloat or atleast most of it was gone by tuesday. and im up 15 from my contest day looking full and thick... and yes im planing on competing 2007 but my goal is to reach 195. im eating kinda slowly right now...but the truth is that im hungry and i can eat more..should i slowly increase every week or just start pounding on kcl right away.??? I was trying to follow some rebound program that was posted here not long ago. adding 150 carbs every 4 weeks..but i think that to little for me. im eating a lot more but still hungry. what you guys think? stick to it slowly or just ter it up

    actually im bulking right now and hungry all the time... but im not going to adjust cals till i break a xxx number of weight... i say slowly increase imo

    On offseason now.. weighed 217 BF 7pt. caliper test say I'm 7% (just played around with a diet for 4wks, no cardio, worked very well).

    Last show was Aug. 178 on stage.

    I'm doing shit backwards this year, Im cutting in the winter during Xmas break, and if I can get down to a reasonable bf% without any AAS, here i come =)
    my goal is to get to about 12% by March 1st. Then......some Test E with Prop and Winny on the backend.... I think I can manage..

    LHW, 198.25 cutoff.. So hopefully 195ish don't wanna push it. If for some crazy reason I am coming in over 200 then I'll take another year off and then go full throttle towards HW. but I doubt that will happen, I tend to drop tons of water 1wk out (8lbs last time). Btw, morning weight was 213

    Ive gained about 40lbs in the past 3.5 weeks, next show will be sometime around august!

    I'm actually cutting down right now to try and find what works best for my body. I'm looking for a show in '07 much more ripped and complete.

    Not sure how much ive gained in muscle really, im 190lb...i want to come in around my same weight as last year 168-172lb just 20% sharper...man im eating 5,000 to 5200 cals a day and still weight is stagnant, i guess its a good thing come dieting time, something must be wrong with me cuz i cant wait to diet....!

    Yeah the bloat went down after about 3 weeks, it took a long time! I am sitting at 245ish at the moment, not as lean as I would like but Im happy with the way my progress is coming. I would like to get up to about 260 before starting to diet, pics will come soon.

    Also I decided to jump back on the wagon and started using again, so hopefully gaining 15lbs of lean mass shouldnt be too hard, especially since its a nasty cycle.
    Test Sust 1g or more per week
    deca 750mg per week
    drol 110mg per day for 4 weeks
    its going to be a 20 week cycle

    I am sitting at 239 lbs in the morning and 246 in the evening. I just "amped" things up though in many areas so the muscle should be coming on heavily here soon over the nest 2-4 months A morning weight of 260 is the goal without getting sloppy. Right now, I have upper abs, and full seperation of my quads, yet, not quite as lean as I would like. Ahh well.

    2 lbs a week sounds a little fast...that can't be all good weight bro, just keep your bodyfat in check. I would focus more on your progression in the weight room and in the mirror than I woudl on the scale. You say you are not adjusting till you get to a certain weight? Well, wha tif you get fat and sloppy b4 you get there?

    Looks like you don't have a lot to worry about in the "fat department" you are lean as hell brotha...nice. Just b/c you are lean though does not mean that you should allow yourself to add a lot of fat. You don't look like you put on much bodyfat at all...things look pretty good to me bro. You need to do something about that acne on your back though man...ouch. I have had that problem b4, although not quite as severe I must say

    Oh, and I am probably the furthest thing from being a "freak" I assure you

    Yea godda do something not sure what.. Cant run accutane.. damn back is hard to reach with lotions too... I tried tetracycline it didnt do much..

    Iv'e put on 14lb in the last month. my body fat is still the same as when I started. I thought I love bulking, but eating is killing me. At the moment I am sort of looking forward to cutting. Getting up at 4 Am to eat. Any one else finding it hard to eat, or is it just me. What id love is a pizza and a chinese...HMMMMM. Not five scrabled eggs an a shake.

    Im using cyp and dbol , damn wet spots all over my back, Iv'e jumed on the sun bed twicew a week thats dried them out nicely..
