Ok results are in but first a lil back ground. Well come to find out the guy who did my diet also did another competitior's diet in the SAME class as me and he sponsored this guy, not sayin that had anything to do with the diet he planned for me but anyways......i wont be doin the same carb up and depletion again....then i got really sick on thursday and couldnt keep any food down and i was still sick on friday. I ended up coming out 4th and the guy i referred to earlier came out 3rd. To be honest I should have beat him but o well he was more known and it was my first show, besides this my workout partner finished 1st so i was really happy for him. I didn't think i came in as hard as i could have so i'm going to do another show this saturday. I'll post pics as soon as i can.
