I agree with Andre. Lookin Good, but you need too lose some more fat in your legs and midsection. Stay with a strict diet, hammer the cardio, eat as often as you can, keeping the metabolism as high as you can will burn it off. I wish I had your size, but I know how to get ripped. Keep it up, and you'll get there.

I'm not sure if you followed Spound's advice. You need to up your cardio. I suggest cardio twice a day every day. How much cardio are you doing now?

Ok bro, you look a little bit tighter than last time, but your progress in response to the changes I suggested is not what I had expected it to be. All the changes I recommended should have yeilded better.changes than the ones that are showing. Lets take a look at things and make sure we are on the same page here.

WHat are you eating everyday (EXACTLY)?

    Did you throw in clen?

How long ago did you start doing 2 1-hour cardio session per day?

Did you cheat AT ALL over thanksgiving????

What are your carbs at on training and non-training days?

Your back seems to tighten up quicker than your front....your abs and quads are holding fat. I am going to shoot it to you straight here and say that you could compete in this show and look fairly normal for some novice competitors as far as conditioning goes b/c there are plenty of guys in lower level shows that jsut do not get into good enough shape, but as far as things are going right now, it doesn't look like you will "smoke" anybody. If you want to compete up to the potential you are capable of, I would suggest picking up a later show maybe a couple week down the road....you would be MUCH happier with the final result. I guarantee it. Either way, keep bustin' ass.

Don't get down on yourself bro...you have already come sooo far, it's your first show brother. If there is no later show, then go ahead and step on stage, you odn't want to ahve done that work for nothing...changes still can be made in three weeks...bigtime.

In two weeks if you pound it hard and keep your diet ridiculously strict you definitely WON'T look like sh!t. Stay positive and keep up the hard work.

P.S. You definitely have good body shape to compete. Get a few shows under your belt and you will be successful. It's a marathon not a sprint.

Im gonna admit, for a second there i did feel sorry for myself and did consider quitting....but, i did not cheat on my diet, i stayed focused, i did both my cardio sessions today, and im NOT GONNA QUIT.......F*ck It, im gonna come into the show in the best possible condition i can......My problem is i am way toooooooooo hard on myself, no matter what i do. I always have to be the best, and seeing something like i should choose a later show date made me feel like i failed, like i couldnt accoplish what i set out to do......Spound, no hard feelings here about what you said, i still respect your opinions and the advise you give, and i will still be asking more quesitons as the show approaches.....Jakked, youre right NO EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone who has seen the effort ive put into this prep knows that i have given it all i have, and honestly, other than staring my diet a few weeks earlier, i dont think there is anything else i would have done differently.....

I am glad to see you post that man. I think this is the best thing to do. I was not trying to get you down at all man, I hope your realize that, I was just trying to be honest with you. LIke I said, you can still make good changes in the time fram eyou have, and you never even know who will show up on show day...you may be the best, you may not. Your condition could be better (it almost always can be for everyone) but this is a great learning experience and you will know to start earlier next time or not get as heavy in the offseason, you have done great for yourself you really have, I don not think you have done anythign wrong, you jsut needed to have started earlier, that is why I always tell first timers to take at least 16 wks to prep. Keep that attitude and stay strong, you will be fine.
