    Contest help

I am 5' 10"and 160lbs. 2 years ago I weighed 130lbs. I want to compete in a show to prove to everybody that I can do it. The onlybad thing is that I don't know how to prep for one and what cycles, if any, would be the best to get me @ 170lbs when I walk on stage. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I'm training for my first show now, the best thing is to hire a trainer who has competition experience, my trainer is charging me $500 and that includes going back stage, diet, posing and workout routine, my show is in mid may, i have already started dieting, some guys charge $1500.00 and up but you should be able to find someone for about $500.00, if thr person knows his shit it will be $$ well spent, good luck

Look into beverly international. I know they train people online and all you have to do is buy their line of supplements. It sounds crazy, but I know many many competitors both natural and not do very well.
