    coming out to a song

    Is it true that you kinda have to go on beat to the song that you come out with?on stage

    If you're coming out to a song I think a good one would be "its raining men" at least that way everyone will kinda know what you're about to say before you admit it.

    I dunno. I personally find it embarrassing to watch a 300lb ripped-to-shreds bodybuilder come out on stage dancing like a moron, doing all kinds of weird things. This is a BB'ing competition, you should be posing, not jumping around like an idiot. That's just me though.

    U should check out Narkissos's routine, in his last show..
    He is in Rhythm and not dancing around..
    Posing and it looks awesome..

    Do what ever you want that makes you feel comfortable. Just make sure your routine is entertaining, includes the mandatory poses, presents your physique well and is not vulgar.
