I have a couple of quick competiton questions and would really appreciate everyone's comments.
1) Do you drop flax oil from your precomp diet? If so, how far out?
2) What day of the week is your last day of lifting before a Saturday comp? What body part(s) do you lift on that last day? What is the last day for cardio? (I am in the process of figuring out what my last 10 days of workouts are going to look like so I like to hear what everyone elses looks like).
