    How Many Shakes A Day?

    For you guys trying to bulk, how many shakes do you average a day?

    i usually have 2-3 with 54g of protien, close to 600 cals

    which i think is not enough..

    Whole food except PWO.

    By the sounds of this looks like you rely on shakes. IMO when i'm bulking i only have one and that's my PWO. All the other calories are supplemented with whole foods...

    Agreed. Whole foods... I have musclemilk on hand if necessary. Other than that, PWO and Casein for bedtime.

    Just BCAA's PWO and possibly a casein shake if I wake up in the middle of the night.

    2 a day is not bad just don't slip into relying on shakes in your diet. On the other hand if your schedule doesn't permit time to eat all these meals then supplementing through shakes is better than having nothing at all.....
