Hope lots of you will be able to come see me compete from AR (well the UK guys anyway)!!. Looks like it will be a super day. Dennis james is guest posing and doing Q+A plus Kerry Kayes and Troy Brown will be there. There are two bars and a restaraunt. There will be lots of supps booths ect too. Tickets are £12.50 each for the whole day. Kids go free and can enter into there own "best upper body" contest and face painting!! If I do badly in First timers class I might try and muscle in on the kids show!!

Thx guys. Yes it will be my first show so I am in the first timers class which is an any weight category. Last year this class was the busiest and was one by a very good guy who came second for the whole show so you just never know!!
I am looking to come in at mid to high 80s (kilos). However being my first show and there is not weight limit I will just come in at whatever I can (as ripped as possible!). April the 1st is the date.
