First time comp bodybuilding Some help please
Hello this is my first time competing and I have some questions. I don't start training real hard till September for Mr. Pittsburgh and I would like to know what I should concentrate on till then and what my body fat should be.
I'm 5'7 and around 220 pounds
My body fat is about 15%
My waist is small and I have a great genetics for more growth
Any help would be great

well what is your current diet and what is the competition date. do you have any pictures to post up? also, what method did you use to compute bodyfat. I feel bodyfat is a misleading tool because everyone looks different at different bodyfats due to genetics. I have seen guys compete at 6% who look better than guys at 4 and 5.
Short term goal would be to keep putting on muscle, but try to keep that bodyfat down.
